February Stamp of the Month was no exception, Birthday Blast is a fun stamp set and the matching Star Blast Edgelets made it that much more fun.
Using the Birthday Blast stamp set and matching edgelets, here is the February Stamp of the Month cards!
Card #1 - Happy Birthday Masculine
Stamp Set: Birthday Blast
Ink: Versamark, Black
Sponging: So Saffron, Calypso Coral
Paper: So Saffron Base, Black Layer, Whisper White 3 3/4 x 5
Accessories: White Glimmer Star, Urban Underground Washi Tape, Black Embossing Powder and Silver Metallic Thread
Using the Emboss Resist Technique, stamp the Birthday Blast with Versamark Ink and sprinkle Black Embossing Powder, Pour the excess embossing powder back into the container so that all you have embossing powder on is the stamped image. I also used an embossing buddy first so remove any static. Heat the Embossing Powder to melt, after it has cooled, sponged So Saffron and then Calypso Coral on and around the Birthday Blast, wipe any excess ink off with a tissue.
Card #2 - Celebrate You in Copper
Stamp Set: Birthday Blast
Ink: Night of Navy
Paper: Cherry Cobbler Base, Petals & Pastels Designer Series Paper, Whisper White
Accessories: Star Blast Edgelets Die, Copper Foil Sheet, Dimensions
Cutting out 2 of the Star Blast Edgelets and adhering them to the top and bottom of the Celebrate You piece made this card Pop!! I saved 2 of the stars from the edgelet to use as a decoration on my white piece.
Card #3 - Celebrate You in Bermuda Bay Glimmer!
Stamp Set: Birthday Blast
Ink: Black, Bermuda Bay
Paper: Bermuda Bay Base, Whisper White Layer & 1 3/4 x 3, Bermuda Bay Glimmer Paper (FREE during Sale a Bration)
Accessories: Bermuda Bay Sponging, Star Punch, Dimensions

Card #4 - Wahoo Birthday!!

Paper: Smokey Slate Base, Watermelon Wonder Layer, Carried Away Designer Series Paper, White 3 3/4 x 2 1/2, Peekaboo Peach 4 x 2 3/4
Accessories: Dimensions, Enamel Dots, Star Blast Edgelets
