Spotlight Stamper - Bernie Seidl & Cindy Ehlers

I have two spotlight stampers today, myself and Bernie!!

The first card, I made for our Open House that we had a couple of weeks ago.

Have you noticed the Mosaic Mood Specialty Paper, this paper is so pretty with its Mosaic tile designs and floral imagery with shiny accents.  You can find it on page 167 of the new Annual Catalog. As you can see there was hardly any stamping done with this card. The hummingbird was easy to cut out.

This card was made by Bernie and features the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper.

This paper is quite vibrant and with the color washed silhouettes with the look of Pigment Sprinkles (found on page 179 of the new Annual Catalog). You can find some great examples on page 132 to 134 of the new Annual catalog.

Another card made by Bernie, I really like this one!!

Isn't this card cute?!  Bernie made it and I love how it turned out. She used the Free as a Bird Bundle, which includes the Stitched Nested Labels Dies. The bundle can be found on page 19 of the new Annual Catalog. I hadn't thought about ordering these, but they are on my list now!

Wednesday Wow! - To a Wild Rose

To A Wild Rococo Rose

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

• STAMPS – To A Wild Rose (149452 photopolymer)
• PAPER – Crumb Cake (120953), Rococo Rose (150882), Very Vanilla (101650)
• INK – Rococo Rose (150080), Pear Pizzazz (147104)
• OTHER – Rococo Rose ½” Scalloped Linen Ribbon, Mini Glue Dots (103683), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755)

Cutting & Scoring:

• Crumb Cake 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”
• Rococo Rose 4” x 5-1/4”
• Very Vanilla 2 @ 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”

Instructions:

• Stamp the Blessed greeting in Rococo Rose ink on one of the Very Vanilla layers and then stamp the greeting below that in Pear Pizzazz ink.
• Stamp two of the rose outlines in Rococo Rose ink.
• Stamp the inside of the rose with Rococo Rose ink having first stamped off once.
• Stamp the leaves in various locations with full strength Pear Pizzazz ink and some with stamped off Pear Pizzazz ink.
• Adhere this Very Vanilla layer to the Rococo Rose layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Adhere this layer to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Tie a knot in a piece of the Rococo Rose ½” Scalloped Linen ribbon and adhere to card front with a Mini Glue Dot.
• Stamp the greeting and another rose and petals like you did on the front of the card to the other Very Vanilla layer.
• Add this layer to the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Enjoy!

Beauty Abounds Thank You Cards

I needed some thank you cards and had received a swap card using the Beauty Abounds stamp set.  This lovely stamp set was first introduced to us in the 2019 Occasions catalog and I was just so happy to learn that it carried over to the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog and can be found on page 87.  It also coordinates with the Butterfly Beauty Dies that can be found on page 191.

With just a little adjustment, I came up with both of these beautiful cards. I was able to make more than one of these beauties by just using my Stamparatus.  It made duplicating a snap!
