Spotlight Stamper - Bernie Seidl

As promised, I have a special card that Bernie made to share with you.  When I saw this card, all I could say was wow!!  Bernie found the pattern on Pinterest, a perfect site for inspiration.  Look at the detail, this card is just wonderful!!

Using the Best Catch Stamp Set and the coordinating Catch of the Day Thinlits, this card could not be any more cuter than it already is. She used sponging for depth and the Tufted 3D Embossing Folder to give the fishing vest a quilted look.

Here is the inside of the card, just so clever!!

Spotlight Stamper -Deb Vine

Not only did Deb Vine share some great cards with me at class a week ago, but also some great folds!  The fancy fold is always a fun surprise and has us asking, "how did she do that?!"

The Step Fold is always a favorite, this one used the Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper and the Free as a Bird Stamp set. Page 92 of the Annual Catalog.
This fold is a fun fold called the Gate Fold and used the Tea Together stampset with coordinating Framelits, page 113 of the Annual Catalog.

Very Special Spotlight Stamper!!

I have a very special spotlight stamper today, before I introduce her to you; let me tell you about this special person.  This young person just started stamping with us at our Technique Class, she has come to two classes and has just shined!  She listens, follows directions and is starting to help her grandmother. Then I find this out!!  She has been having so much fun stamping that she wanted her grandmother to take a picture of her cards and send them to me.  She also wants to bring the cards to class so that she can show the rest of the ladies.

All I can say is Well Absolutely!! and Well Done Katelynn!  I also just found out that Katelynn is only 9 years old!  Her stamping is very well done and I am so happy that her grandmother, Judy Vine, invited her to come along in June and July to stamp with her.  She is doing pretty good, Judy says that she thinks that Katelynn is even showing her up!

I told you that these cards were great!!  I am not sure what this fold is called, but she did a great job.  Keep it up!
