Popular Christmas Gift!

Every year I find myself making Christmas Gifts and this year is no exception, the very pretty Hot Cocoa Packets have been my most popular Christmas Gift. They are very easy to make and I always like the outcome. All you need is cardstock and some Designer Series Paper. The Hot Cocoa Packets are just the perfect gift for your mail person and in my case, the UPS driver!!

I used Coastal Cabana cardstock and paired it with the Let it Snow Designer Series Paper, added a Cup of Christmas Cup from the Cup of Cheer Dies and also some Hot Cocoa Mix and you have the perfect gift or stocking stuffer.

Cup of Christmas Bundle

A cute stamp making its debut in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog is the Cup of Christmas stamp set and dies bundle. This stamp set introduces the Reversibles--images you can reverse and stamp on both sides. It's so simple to use, simply stamp the image, clean it and turn it over. Easy!!

I just got this bundle and couldn't wait to give it a try I also added some Puff Paint for the marshmallows at the top of the cup.

Wednesday Wow - Cup of Christmas

Cup of Christmas Cheer

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

• STAMPS – Cup of Christmas (150491, clear), Cup of Christmas Bundle (153025)
• PAPER – Thick Whisper White (140272), Basic Gray (121044), Pacific Point (111350), Real Red (102482), Whisper White (100730), 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper (DSP) (Brights) (149613)
• INK – Real Red (147084)
• OTHER – Cup of Cheer Dies (151150), 3/8” Cotton Ribbon – Real Red (146925), Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (146924), Fine-tip Glue Pen (138309), Paper Snips (103579)

Cutting & Scoring:

• Thick Whisper White - 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”, score and fold at 4-1/4”
• Basic Gray – 4” x 5-1/4”, scrap for 2 cups
• Pacific Point - 3-3/4” x 1”
• Real Red - scrap for 2 flower die cuts
• Garden Green – scraps for 2 leaf die cuts
• Whisper White – ½” scrap for sentiment
• 6” x 6” DSP – 3-3/4” x 5”
• Ribbon – 6”

Instructions:

• Stamp the sentiment from the Cup of Christmas stamp set in Real Red ink on the Whisper White scrap. Use Paper Snips to flag the ends.
• Using a die cutting machine and the dies from the Cup of Cheer Dies, die cut the mugs in Basic Gray card stock, the flowers in Real Red card stock, and the leaves in Garden Green card stock.
• Using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen, attach the flowers and leaves to the die cut mugs.
• Attach the Pacific Point card stock to the DSP. Attach the ribbon to this layer.
• Attach the Basic Gray card stock to the card base. Attach the DSP layer on top.
• Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, attach the mugs and sentiment to the top card layer.
• Using Red Rhinestones, embellish the card.
• Enjoy!

November/December Kit Class Cards

Our Kit Class for November had a hard time getting together with Thanksgiving in the way, then when I was looking at the December date I realized that we would have another conflict for December. So the Kit Class for November became the November and December class.  Please note that we will not be getting together on December 31st BUT will be getting back together in January. Which is just in time for the new Occasions Catalog and Sale a Bration Catalog which goes live on January 3rd!!  I also have some ideas for updating the Kit Class and the Class to Go!

Here are the cards for the November/December Kit Class.
Card #1 - Brightly Gleaming
You might have recognized this card as it was one of those from the Christmas Card Class; I had leftover Stars and felt it was well received.
