Special Spotlight Stamper - Donnella Maynard

I have a Spotlight Stamper that I can't wait to share with you, Donnella Maynard!  Donnella has been a stamper for quite a while and a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for two years.

From My Heart Suite

Create Valentine's Day cards, packaging, treat bags and more with fun, playful products from Stampin' Up!  The Heartfelt Bundle is a fun stamp set that comes with two Heart Punches, Scallop and Smooth Sided.

I have been playing with this stamp set and will be sharing my finished projects very soon. I had a great time making Valentine Cards and Treats!

Spotlight Stamper Thursday - Lydia Schumacher

Sometimes the most simplistic design makes the very best card!  When making cards, one has to remember that we all have a unique style, which, of course, makes us all unique!  I, myself like the simple design and to let you in on a little secrete, sometimes it is hard to keep a card simple.

My Spotlight Stamper today is Lydia Schumacher. I am so happy that Lydia decided to share her care with me. A nice simple and crisp card!  How pretty it is!

 Here is the inside of the card, Lydia chose to decorate the bottom of the card with the Designer Series Paper

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

• STAMPS – Thoughtful Blooms (12290), Bonanza Buddies (151567)
• PAPER –Whisper White (100730), Granny Apple Green (146990), Thick Whisper White (140272)
• INK – Granny Apple Green (147095), Mango Melody (147093), Balmy Blue (147105), Rococo Rose (150080), VersaMark (102283)
• OTHER – Small Bloom Punch (152316), Classic Label Punch (141491), White Embossing Powder (109132), Heat Tool (129053), Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (151193), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Mini Stampin Dimensionals (144108)

Cutting & Scoring:

• Thick Whisper White 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”

• Granny Apple Green 5” x 3-3/4” scrap for greeting
• Whisper White 4-7/8” x 3-5/8”, scrap for punched flowers

Instructions:

• Fold Thick Whisper White in half to make card base
• Stamp the large stems three times in Granny Apple Green and then add some of the small twigs to each stamped stem in Granny Apple Green. Add the small flowers in Balmy Blue ink and then the little dots on the ends of the twigs in Rococo Rose ink
• Adhere this layer to the Granny Apple Green layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
• Adhere this layer to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue
• Stamp the largest glower in Mango Melody ink on Whisper White scraps and punch out with the Small Bloom Punch.
• Adhere the flowers to the center of each of the stamped stems using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Add the smallest Champagne Rhinestone to the center of each of the flowers.
• Stamp the outside greeting (from the Bonanza Buddies set) on a scrap of Granny Apple Green cardstock in VersaMark and add White Embossing Powder and heat with the Heat Tool to melt it.
• Cut out the greeting with the Classic Label Punch.
• Adhere to the front of the card using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Stamp one of the stems along with some of the other flowers on the inside of the card and add a birthday greeting.
• Enjoy!

Happy Anniversary!!

I have three beautiful ladies that I would like to wish a Happy Anniversary!  That is a Happy Stamp-Anniversary with Stampin' Up!  They are part of my downline and have just achieved three great milestones in the stamping world with Stampin' Up!

We have Happy 1st Anniversary to our own Arlys Knoop, she told me it was the best decision that she ever made! She joined for the discount and is a Discount Shopper that likes to be able to place an order when she wants to. We are so happy to have to on the team Arlys!

Happy 2nd Anniversary to Donnella Maynard, two years with Stampin' Up! already; can you believe it?!  Donnella has a wonderful eye for making beautiful cards. Being a Discount Shopper works for her.

Valentine Cards

Valentine's Day will be here before you know it, I am happy to say that I have most of my done.  In fact, you can find them at the Home Grown store in Neillsville (for those of you who don't have the time).
