Spotlight Stamper - Bernie Seidl

I got to see my friend, Bernie last night, she is recovering from shoulder surgery but she is not letting that keep her from doing some stamping. It might take her twice as long but stamping is so therapeutic and she finds that it keeps her calm and passes the time.

Here are two cards that she brought to share to class:
This first card really had me stumped until Bernie directed to go to page 93 of the new Annual Catalog. You know one of those stamp sets that I didn't even notice!  What a cute card!
This card made me chuckle and I can truly say that I know a few "Old Goats!"  What a cute card, the stamp set can be found on page 105 of the new Annual Catalog.

Rainbow Glimmer Paper

Rainbow Glimmer Paper
Do You LOVE things that sparkle and shine?! Well, our new 2020–2021 Annual Catalog has a special surprise just for you: traditional Glimmer Paper with a splash of rainbow color. You get swaths of Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, and Mango Melody on two 12" x 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) thin glittered sheets.
To work with it, cut this rainbow-licious paper with dies for easy, glittery accents—possibly using smaller sections of a single color. Or cut pieces that display multiple colors for an intense ombre effect. It’s like having a pack of colors on two sheets.
The Stampin' Up! artist added shimmery die-cut letters to a card, created a background on another card, and used Rainbow Glimmer Paper to add depth and pizzazz to a birthday tag. I think “the sky’s the limit”!
P.S. This paper coordinates with the Artistry Blooms Suite (AC p. 130) plus many of our Designer Series Paper and cardstock collections. Explore the catalog for so many possibilities!
I can't wait to create something using this beautiful paper!

A Special Guest Stamper - Andi

Every once in a while I am lucky enough to have a special guest stamper join me in the stamping room and today I want to feature my little granddaughter, Andi. Andi is a great stamper, but then she has been "playing" in my stamping room and now is getting serious about this hobby I call stamping. She not only knows all of the Stampin' Up! colors and names of the stamp sets but she already knows how to use them to create beautiful cards.

Here are two cards that Andi made when she was here this past week:
This first card was made into a video and can be seen on my Facebook Business Page, Cindys Stamping Studio, just check the videos and you can easily find it.

This card uses the stamp set Field of Flowers, I am find that this is really a very versatile stamp set.

Because Andi loves horses (what little girl doesn't) she created this card all by herself. All I an say is WOW!!  What depth and what a great impression.  This stamp set, Let it Ride, might be retired but I have a feeling that she will be using it a lot.
