Saturday Spotlight Stamper - Deb Vine

 This week's Saturday Spotlight Stamper is Deb Vine, another accomplished stamper. I would say Deb loves what she does, and what a great hobby right?!

All of the cards above that Deb made used the stamp set Gorgeous Posies and is part of SU Gorgeous Posies card kit that you can find in the current 2020-21 Annual Catalog on page 8. It's one of those hidden gems I think!

Facebook Live Replay - Love of Leaves & Stitched Leaves Replay

 This week's Facebook Live used the Love of Leaves, but more importantly the Stitched Leaves Dies. I fell in love with the dies and have used them quite a few times in my paper crafting. • 
  

Cutting & Scoring:

• Cajun Craze 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”, 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”

• Very Vanilla 2 @ 4” x 5-1/4” (one outside & one inside), scrap for flower

Instructions:

• Fold Cajun Craze in half to make card base.

• Cut out the third largest circle from the Cajun Craze Layer (center horizontally and a little closer to the top vertically)

• Emboss the Cajun Craze layer with the Tasteful Texture Embossing Folder.

• Stamp the Sunflower image with Momento ink on a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock.

• Color the sunflower: Small Center is Dark Cajun Craze, then over the top of this and to the edge of the center is Dark Cinnamon Cider, the leaves are a combination of the Dark and Light Old Olive, and the sunflower petals is a combination of Dark Mango Melody and Dark Daffodil Delight. Finish off the center with Wink of Stella.

• Cut out the sunflower using the coordinating die.

• Set the layer of Cajun Craze over one of the Very Vanilla panels and then stamp the greeting in the center of the circle using Cajun Craze ink.

• Adhere the stamped Very Vanilla layer to the outside of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

• Wrap the Bumblebee Gingham ribbon around the Cajun Craze layer near the bottom and tie in a knot.

• Adhere the Cajun Craze layer to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

• Adhere the Sunflower to the lower left side of the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

• Add 3 of the Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to the front of the card.

• Adhere the Very Vanilla layer that is left to the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

• Enjoy!
