Today's Spotlight Stamper is Bernie Seidl. Bernie tells me that she does her best stamping in the early morning hours when the house is quiet and she can enjoy a cup of coffee and stamp and create.
Bernie also tells me that she has quite a few Christmas cards made already. Talk about being organized!!

When I started stamping about thirteen years ago, my first stamp was a Christmas stamp set. I added some Bashful Blue cardstock and a Bashful Blue ink pad and made my Christmas cards that year. It seems that every year, I am always drawn to Christmas stamps, I love the snowman ones, bells and snow flakes.
Here is a closeup of the card that I made Monday night on my Weekly Facebook Live.
Project Recipe:
STAMP SETS: Cherish the Season
INK: Memento Black, Real Red, Smokey Slate (Inside)
PAPER: Shaded Spruce Base, Tis the Season Designer Series Paper, Real Red scraps, Whisper White
ACCESSORIES: Sounds of the Season Dies, Dimensionals, Silver Foil Cardstock, 1" Punch, 1 1/2" Punch
This was a neat card to make, we learnt how to lover the Holly Leaves and Holly Berries with cardstock so that they would be Shaded Spruce and Real Red.
Please watch my video now, so you can see how this lovely card was made.

When I received my August-December Mini Catalog back in July, there was one stamp set that really caught my eye. It is called Snow Wonder and can be found on page 39 of the mini catalog. This cute stamp set features a beautiful Snowman, Trees and Greetings.
I couldn't wait to play with this set and made these two cards in my camper back in August. Yes you heard me right, August I was at my camper and making Christmas Cards. It's what I do sometimes!! I love how the Plaid Tidings and the Garden Green paper really went together. Added some Real Red ink for the Greeting and I had a beautiful card to add to my Christmas stash.
Here is the other card that I made using the Snow Wonder stamp set, I paired this one with the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper for a truly different look. Do you see that I also used the Winter Snow Embossing Folder. I just love this folder!
For both of these cards, I used my Stampin' Blends to color the Hat and Scarf of my Snowman.
Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to look at my
cards. I would be honored if you would allow me to be your Stampin' Up!

I just finished up the Kit Cards for November, whew!! Coming up with seven cards for this month's class could have been a challenge, but I am happy to say that the cards are great and I love each and every one of them!
The Kit Class is also available as a Class to Go and has become very popular. Let me give you the details. From the seven cards pictured, you pick five of your favorites and if you want to make that card one time for a total of 5 cards the cost is $7. Make it twice for a total of 10 cards ($12) or make it three times for a total of 15 cards ($17). The cards in the Class to Go, come to you all ready to assemble along with directions with color photos. The directions are emailed to you and the cards are sent to you. You will find everything that you need in your Class to Go, all of the Card Bases, Layers, Separate White piece for the inside of the card, Embellishments and Die Cuts. All you need to supply is the stamps and ink. The cost does not include postage, but it usually runs about $5. The cards are basic All Occasion Cards and I have found that stamping and card making is the best therapy.
Lets look at the cards:
Card #1 - Sharing in Your Sorrow
Card #2 - One in a Million
Card #3 - Birthday Sunflower
Card #4 - Birthday Polar Bear
Card #5 - Birthday Moose
Card #6 - Deer Hello
Card #7 - Leaf Thank You
