Facebook Live Replay - Flowering Tulips

This week's card is a fun on all about tulips.  I decided to step out of my comfort zone and make a "Z" Fold card using the Flowering Tulips stamp set and the Tulip Dies.  I am happy to report that both the stamp set and dies will be carrying over to the new Annual Catalog.

Here is a close up of the card:

Isn't it pretty?!  I love how this card just came together. The bright colors say spring is coming!!"

  • Project Recipe

STAMP SET: Flowering Tulips

INK: Popple Parade, Petal Pink, Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso

PAPER: Pool Party Base, Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper, Basic White

ACCESSORIES: Tulip Dies, Dimensionals, Rhinestones

Dimensions & Scoring:

  • Pool Party Base 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" Scored at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"
  • Pool Party Strip 1 1/4" x 8 1/4" Scored at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"
  • Flowering Fields DSP 2" x 4", 3 7/8" x 4" & 1 1/4" x 2 3/4
  • Basic White 3 7/8" x 4" & Scraps
Crease the folds of the Base card, adhere the Flowering Fields DSP to the front panel. Adhere the White panel for the inside. Stamp a card verse on the white piece. On White scraps, stamp 3 Tulips to decorate the card.  The Tulip in the middle is used to cover the verse carry over.

Here is a picture of the card opened up, this will give you a good idea how it all goes together.

I think that the card turned out so nice.  Let me know what you think also.  Now let's watch the You Tube video of my Monday night Facebook Live.  You would make my day if you subscribed to my You Tube channel.

Take care and have a wonderful week!
Cindy
