October, 2014 - Smack Down Stamping Technique

Ever have one of THOSE days where you just wanted "Smack" someone?!!  LOL!!  Well that is just what we did at our monthly stamping technique class.  Smack Down Stamping is a very easy technique that everyone really enjoyed!

The trick to this technique is "Smack Down" in small areas, stamping off once onto scrap paper before you "Smack Down".  You can also use sponges to add color in and around your stamped images.

So let me show you what we did!

Card #1 - Hello Fall!

Stamp Sets:  For All Things

Ink:  Pumpkin Pie, Baked Brown Sugar, Crushed Curry, Hello Honey & Tangelo Twist

Paper:  Naturel White Base 5 ½ x 8 ½, Cajun Craze 4 ¼ x 5 ¼, Whisper White 4 x 5, Baked Brown Sugar for Maple Leaf 3 x 3

Accessories:  Naturel Twine, Glue Dots, Wooden Elements, Dimensions, Fall Fun Framelits, Woodgrain Embossing Folder, Leaf Die

Isn't this card stunning?!  It just says fall with the beautiful leaves and wood accents.

Another Beautiful Card, don't you think?!

And our last card is our Fancy Fold Card, Single Gate Fold, it only folds one time and reveals a cute message!

And there you have it!!  Due to technical difficulty, I couldn't get the third card any bigger than what is posted.  Boo!!  It is really such a cute card in person!

Stay tuned for the November Technique that I will be posting the Invite very soon.

Thanks for stopping!
Cindy
