Stamping with Plastic Wrap and Reinkers

What a fun technique!  I started playing with different stamp sets and colors trying to find the right fit.  Here is a card that didn't make the cut, but I liked it enough to still make it into a card. 

The technique for the August Monthly Technique Class is Plastic Wrap and Reinkers.  A fun way to add texture and color to your background.

I like this technique and how you can make a background that looks like a mess but still makes your card look great!  I off centered the Pretty Kitty, just to add a little dimension.

Here is what I used:
Stamp Set:  Pretty Kitty
Ink:  Tempting Turquoise & Melon Mambo Reinkers, Basic Black
Paper:  Melon Mambo Base, Tempting Turquoise Layer, Whisper White
Accessories:  Markers

While this card is not one that we will be making in class, I just wanted to share this clever background with you.
