Kit Cards for September

Last week, I got together with some lovely ladies to make 15 cards from 5 different designs.  I just love how they all turned out!

Here they are:
Thank You Card using the Jar of Love stamp set and Framelits, I loved using the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper for the "fruit in the jar".

 Here is what we used to create this cute Thank You Card:
Stamp Sets:  Jar of Love
Ink:  Black, Smokey Slate
Paper:  Pear Pizzazz Base, Peekaboo Peach Layer, Smokey Slate scraps, Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  Sparkles Embossing Folder, Dimensions


Our Next Card is this lovely Fall Wedding Card using the Vintage Leaves Stamp set.

 Here is what we used to create this breathtaking card:
Stamp Sets:  Vintage Leaves
Ink:  Early Espresso, Rich Razzelberry, Delightful Dijon
Paper:  Tip Top Taupe Base, Rich Razzelberry Layer, Very Vanilla
Accessories:  Rich Razzelberry Grossgrain Ribbon, Dimensions, Woodland Embossing Folder

We stamped the leaves on our Very Vanilla piece by first stamping the leaf in Rich Razzelberry and then stamping again.  This gave us two shades of Razzelberry.  We then ran the Vanilla piece through the Big Shot using the Woodland Embossing Folder.

Our next card is a cute Birthday Card using the scarecrow from the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set.  I love this set and I will also be able to use the punch for the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set, love that!!

Here is what we used to make this cute card:
Stamp Set:  Cookie Cutter Halloween, Party with Cake, Hardwood
Ink:  Sahara Sand, Soft Suede
Paper: Sahara Sand Base, Cajun Craze Layer, Whisper White scraps
Accessories:  Gold Star Sequins, Dimensions, Burlap Ribbon, Markers

Using the Hardwood background stamp that was inked with Sahara Sand gave this card a great background, it wasn't too dark to distract from the main focus of this card.  The little scarecrow is just too cute with his patched blue jeans and stocking hat!

Our next card is a lovely card that I received in a swap that I participated in, I just love everything about this card that I knew that I had to share it with my stamping ladies.  It made a beautiful Sympathy card.

Here is what we used to make this card:
Stamp Sets:  Vintage Leaves Heartfelt Sympathy, Gorgeous Grunge
Ink:  Chocolate Chip, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie
Paper:  Chocolate Chip Base, Whisper White Layer, Whisper White and Crushed Curry Scraps, Cajun Craze
Accessories:  Wink of Stella-Gold, Twine, Leaflets Framelits, Banner Triple Punch, Dimensions

This simple card went together quickly and the end results were breathtaking. We sponged Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie ink onto the leaves that we stamped using Chocolate Chip ink on Whisper White cardstock.  The most striking touch was then coloring some Gold Wink of Stella onto the leaves, it just made them pop.

Here is the last card that we made, a great way to Send Love and Hugs, send a card!!  I know I love receiving cards either in the mail or in person.

Paper:  Calypso Coral Base, Soft Sky Layer, Whisper White, Black and Daffodil Delight
Accessories:  Silver Sequins, Silver Bakers Twine, Hearts Embossing Folder, Sunshine Wishes Thinlets, Washi Tape

A lovely card to send to anyone, I love how it turned out.
