March Technique - Emboss Resist with a Twist!

The March Technique features an old technique paired with a new way to do it!  By applying ink with a Sponge Brayer to Foil Print Designer Series Paper then wiping any excess ink we are able to create a WOW! card that you will want to make again and again!!
