August Technique - Embossing Folders & Crayons

We experimented with a wonderful technique in August!  It is called Embossing Folders and Crayons and it is so easy but the results are so cool!!

By using Embossing Folders, Aqua Painter, Ink and a White Crayon, create a subtle background that will have you saying WOW!! That is just what we said when we made these gorgeous cards!

Card #1 - Tropical Thank You

Ink:  Shaded Spruce, Blushing Bride
Paper:  Shaded Spruce Base & Layer, Whisper White, Gold, Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  Tropical Framelits, Dimensionals, Climbing Vine Embossing Folder, Tearoom Coastal Cabana Ribbon

Card #2 - May Your Sorrow

Stamp Set:  Petal Palette
Ink:  Memento Black, Flirty Flamingo
Paper:  Soft Suede Base, Flirty Flamingo Layer, Whisper White
Accessories:  Garden Trellis Embossing Folder, Dimensions, Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon

Our Fancy Project for the Month - Square Bottom Treat Pouch

What a fun project and it only uses a 6x6 piece of Designer Series Paper to make the pouch. With only four score lines, this punch is done and ready to decorate.  So easy, you could use these for Halloween treats, Christmas treats or gifts or even for a Birthday!
