The Die Cut Spotlight Technique was a fun technique to make, even though it is a familiar technique. After seeing this technique featured again, I thought it was time that we try it again.
Highlight a small portion of your stamped image using Die Cut Dies. Any Die Cut image will work, let your imagination go wild! We will be using Layering Circles and Stitched So Sweetly Rectangles.
