December Technique Class Cards

 This month's technique featured the Faux Linen Technique, it's been around for a while and we did this technique about ten years ago. But oh what fun it was to use stamp sets and new ideas to try this technique again! Let's get started.

Stamp your images onto a piece of Tissue Paper, let dry. Once dry, crumple the tissue paper a few times to create plenty of wrinkles. Take a piece of White cardstock and place a piece of Adhesive Sheet onto the White cardstock. Remove the back and lay the Tissue paper onto the Adhesive Sheet, carefully smoothing out the Tissue Paper but be careful not to remove all of the wrinkles.

INK: Balmy Blue, Pool  Party

PAPER: Balmy Blue Base, Azure Afternoon Layer, White Layer 3 3/4" x 5" (2), Tissue Paper 4 1/4" x 5" 

ACCESSORIES: Christmas Labels Dies, Stitched Snowflake Dies (retired), Dimensionals, Metallic White Ribbon 7", Adhesive Sheet 3 3/4" x 5"

Card #2 - Good Tidings

Project Recipe:

STAMP SETS: Sophisticated Sled

INK: Smokey Slate, Misty Moonlight

PAPER: Misty Moonlight Base, Poppy Parade Layer, White 3 3/4" x 5" (2), Tissue Paper, Poppy Parade & Smokey Slate scraps

ACCESSORIES: Sophisticated Sled Dies, Dimensionals, Silver Slate Sequins, Adhesive Sheet 3 3/4" x 5"

Card #3 - Fancy Fold - Inside Pop Up

Project Recipe:

STAMP SET: Reindeer Fun

INK: Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Pretty Peacock (stamp off)

PAPER: Shaded Spruce Base, White Layer (Front), White Inside 5 1/4" x 8" Score 4", DSP Pop Up - Sentimental Christmas 2" x 8"

ACCESSORIES: Reindeer Fun Dies
