Stamp hat and mittens with Real Red Ink. Turn stamps over on acrylic blocks and use the back to apply Pool Party Ink to each image. Stamp one hat on Basic White scrap and fussy cut.
Take layers apart and add the Pool Party mats behind the top two panels. Wrap sentiment layer with Linen Thread and tie in a bow. Adhere as shown and then to card base.
Splatter with Wink of Stella by tapping the Glitter Brush against your finger.
Die cut snowflakes from Pool Party scrap and adhere where shown.
Add hat to top left with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
