Birthday Cheer to You All Year

As I have mentioned in the past, I am part of a Virtual Swap group; so here is the card that I submitted for August.  Let me know what you think, I really like the stamp set that I used. It is from the Annual Catalog and is called Parcels & Petals.

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

• STAMPS – Parcels & Petals (149317)
• PAPER – Rococo Rose (150080), Merry Merlot (146979), Whisper White (100730), Old Olive Scraps (100702), Sahara Sand Scraps (121043)
• INK – Memento Black (132708), Rococo Rose (150080), Old Olive (126953)
• OTHER – Big Shot (143263), Mini Glue Dots (103683), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Subtle Embossing Folder (151775), Lovely Flowers Edgelits Dies (148526), Stitched Labels Dies (146828), Sponging (141337), Rococo Rose Scallop Linen Ribbon (149704), Pearl Basic Jewels (144219), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)

Cutting & Scoring:

• Rococo Rose 4 ¼ “ x 11” scored at 5 ½ “
• Merry Merlot 4” x 5 ¼ “
• Whisper White 3 ¾ “ x 5”
• Old Olive Scraps
• Sahara Sand Scraps
• Whisper White Scraps

Instructions:

• Adhere the Merry Merlot Layer to the front of the Rococo Rose card base.
• Stamp Flowers in Rococo Rose, stamp the leaves in Old Olive on the Whisper White piece.
• Run the Whisper White piece through the Big Shot using the Subtle Embossing Folder.
• Cut 6” of Scallop Linen Ribbon, tape one end on the back of the Whisper White front piece and tape the other end on the back of the other side of the Whisper White.
• Stamp Birthday Cheer on a piece of Whisper White scrap, cut out on the Big Shot using the Stitched Label to the front of the ribbon using Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Add Pearl Basic Jewels to the front of the card Flower centers.
• Enjoy!
