Wednesday Wow! - Rustic Retreat

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

  • PAPER –Whisper White (100730), Crumb Cake (120953), Early Espresso (119686), Cherry Cobbler (119685)
  • INK – Momento Ink (132708). Cherry Cobbler (147083), Early Espresso (147114), Mossy Meadow (147111)
  • OTHER – Die Cutting Machine, Stitched Rectangles Dies (148551), Stitched Shapes (145372), Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend Combo (144601), Light Mossy Meadow Stampin Blend (148545), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Stampin Dimensionals (104490)
Cutting & Scoring:
  • Crumb Cake 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”
  • Early Espresso 4-1/2” x 3-1/4”
  • Cherry Cobbler 4-3/8” x 3-1/8”, 5-1/4” x 3/4" (inside)
  • Whisper White 4” x 5-1/4” (inside), 2-1/2” x 2-1/2”, 2-1/2” x 1-1/4”
Instructions:

  • Fold Crumb Cake in half to make card base
  • Stamp the both Cherry Cobbler pieces with the Buffalo Check stamp using Early Espresso ink
  • Adhere the larger Cherry Cobbler layer to the Early Espresso layer and then adhere to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue for both.
  • Adhere the smaller Cherry Cobbler strip to the bottom of the largest Whisper White layer with Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • On the largest Whisper White layer, stamp the tree border above the Cherry Cobbler strip using Mossy Meadow Ink and the greeting using Early Espresso ink
  • Adhere the largest Whisper White layer to the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Stamp the deer with Momento Ink on the square piece of Whisper White card stock.
  • Cut the image out using a square from the Stitched Shapes dies
  • Stamp the greeting in Cherry Cobbler and stamp a few branches along the top with Mossy Meadow ink
  • Cut the greeting out with one of the stitched rectangle dies
  • Color the deer using the Crumb Cake combo and Light Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends
  • Adhere the deer to the front of the card as shown using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
  • Adhere the greeting to the front of the card as shown using Stampin’ Dimensionals
  • Enjoy!
