December Technique Class Cards - DIY Embossing Folder

The technique for December was a lot of fun and so easy, the possibilities are endless!  I called it Do It Yourself Embossing Folder.  You can create your own Embossing Folders with Punches and the Cardboard from Designer Series Paper.  Punch out the chosen shape and using liquid adhesive, glue at least 3 shapes to create a raised surface. Then run it through the Big Shot, choosing one or two cardboard shims to give it a deep enough impression.

Here are the cards:
Card #1 -Snowman Wishes

STAMP SETS:  Frosted Foliage, Stitched All Around
INK:  Memento Black Coastal Cabana
PAPER:  Bermuda Bay Base, Lovely Lipstick Layer, Whisper White, Let It Snow DSP
ACCESSORIES:  Dimensionals, Snowman Builder Punch, Pretty Label Punch

Card #2 - Winter Thank You

STAMP SETS:  To Every Season
INK:  Memento Black, Seaside Spray
PAPER:  Crumb Cake Base, Seaside Spray Layer, Whisper White
ACCESSORIES:  Scalloped Linen Ribbon, Dimensionals, 1" Circle Punch, Snowflake Punch

Card #3 - Frosted Foliage "Z" Fold

STAMP SETS:  Frosted Foliage
INK:  Memento Black, Silver Metallic, Basic Gray
PAPER: Seaside Spray Base 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2; Whisper White, Silver Glimmer, Frosted Foliage 3 x 4 & 2 x 4
ACCESSORIES:  Frosted Frames Dies
