Over the Moon - Retiring Stampin' Up! Cards

The next Retiring Stampin' Up! stamp set that we are featuring today is Over the Moon. This stamp set was so much fun and being from Wisconsin was also so fitting. I used it alot and it even won the July, 2019 Stamp of the Month.
