October Technique Class Cards - Triangle Card Technique

 Last week was our Technique Class and for a class that has been meeting faithfully for the past ten years!  It is always finding new techniques and this is one of them.

The Triangle Card Technique is a great way to show off your Designer Series Papers (DSP). Cut a piece of DSP at 4" x 5 1/4". Line up the DSP on your cutter, corner to corner and cut. Then put the triangles back together and line up the other side, corner to corner and cut. Place the 2 larger triangles 1 way, place the other 2 the other way. Then adhere your triangles to the front of your card.

This is a fun technique that will have you creating beautiful cards and its a good way to use your DSP.

INK: Memento Black

PAPER: Just Jade Base, DSP Layer, Whisper White, Terracotta Tile

ACCESSORIES: Natures Thoughts Dies, Stitched So Sweetly Dies, Dimensionals, SU Blends, Wink of Stella, Butterfly Gems

Card #2 - Birthday Flowers

Project Recipe:

STAMP SETS: Peaceful Moments, Ornate Gardens

INK: Memento Black, Cherry Cobbler

PAPER: Cherry Cobbler Base, DSP Layer, Whisper White

ACCESSORIES: Timeless Label Punch, Dimensionals, Rhinestones

And finally, here is the fancy fold card. It is called a Double Fold Gate Fold

Card #3 - Hey There

Project Recipe:

STAMP SETS: Beautiful Autumn

INK: Early Espresso, Old Olive, Crumb Cake

PAPER: Early Espresso Base, Very Vanilla, Poinsettia Place DSP

ACCESSORIES: Stitched So Sweetly Dies, SU Blends, Dimensionals, Autumn Punch Pack
