Hey, Friend Symmetry Pastels

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

  • STAMPS – In Symmetry (155140)

Cutting & Scoring:

  • Night of Navy 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”, 5/8” strip for greeting

  • Daffodil Delight 4” x 5-1/4” and 2-5/8” x 3-5/8”

  • Sweet Symmetry DSP: 5” x 3-3/4” & 1/2” x 5-1/4” (inside)

  • Basic White 2-1/2” x 3-1/2” & 4” x 5-1/4” (inside)

Instructions:


  • Fold Night of Navy cardstock in half to make card base

  • Adhere the large Sweet Symmetry DSP to the large layer of Daffodil Delight Cardstock and adhere to the front of the card.

  • On the smaller Basic White layer, stamp the center flower as shown in Versa Mark Ink. Get some of the Night of Navy chalk dust from the pastel by scribbling on a piece of scrap typing paper and then using a dauber, rub the chalk onto the stamped image.

  • On the same layer, stamp the two tulip-like flower to the right and left of the center flower in Versa Mark ink. Get some of the Daffodil Delight chalk dust from the pastel by scribbling on a piece of scrap typing paper and then using a dauber, rub the chalk onto the stamped image.

  • On the same layer, stamp the three stems and leaves in Versa Mark ink. Get some of the Granny Apple Green chalk dust from the pastel by scribbling on a piece of scrap typing paper and then using a sponge dauber, rub the chalk onto the stamped image.

  • Adhere this Basic White layer to a the smaller Daffodil Delight layer.

  • Wrap the Twine from the Ribbon pack around this layer and tie in a bow on the left side of the layer.

  • Adhere this to the center of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Stamp the greeting in Versa Mark on the Night of Navy strip and add White embossing powder and heat set with the heat tool

  • Punch each end with the Banners Pick A Punch.

  • Adhere to the front of the card using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Add one small Rhinestone to each of the flowers.

  • Stamp a greeting in Night of Navy ink to the Basic White layer for the inside of the card.

  • Adhere the small strip of DSP along the bottom of the inside layer.

  • Adhere this layer to the inside of the card

  • Enjoy!
