Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

Cutting & Scoring:

  • Evening Evergreen 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2” (directions for other scoring in instructions)

  • So Succulent 2 @ 4” x 5-1/4” (directions for cutting in instructions)

  • Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP: 5” x 3-3/4” (directions for cutting in instructions)

  • Crumb Cake Scrap for die cutting plant hanger

  • Basic White 3/4” x 3” , scraps

Instructions:


  • Fold Evening Evergreen cardstock in half to make card base

  • Using the Paper Trimmer, mark 2-1/8” along the bottom of the horizontal front of the card and mark 2-3/4” along both sides of the vertical front of the card and score from the 2-1/8” to each side of the 5-1/2” score line and from 2-1/8” to each of the 2-3/4” markings .

  • Open the front of the card base and fold in towards the center on the longer score-lines and then fold in the opposite direction on the smaller score lines (this will form your arrow) and you should glue the flaps in place.

  • Take one of the Soft Succulent layers, mark at 2” along the bottom of the 4” side and place in Paper Trimmer and cut from the 2” mark to the opposite corners (you will have 3 triangles when you are finished). You will only be using the center triangle from this cutting.

  • Using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, run the middle triangle in Soft Succulent through the Macrame 3D Emboss folder.

  • Adhere this triangle to the front of the card in the center part of the arrow.

  • Take the DSP layer, mark at 1-7/8” along the bottom of the 3-3/4” side and place in Paper Trimmer and cut from the 1-7/8” mark to the opposite corners (you will have 3 triangles when you are finished). You will only be using the two outside triangles from this cutting.

  • Adhere the two outside right triangles from the cutting above to the other Soft Succulent layer and stamp the inside greeting (see picture below).

  • Stamp the 5 leaves and the 3 leaves stamp in Evening Evergreen on a scrap of Basic White and stamp the pot in Cinnamon Cider ink on the scap of Basic White

  • Use the Stampin’ Emboss & Cut machine and the coordinating dies to cut out the leaves and pot & also the plant hanger from the scrap of Crumb Cake cardstock.

  • Adhere the leaves to the pot using liquid glue and then adhere the pot to the plant hanger using liquid glue.

  • Adhere to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Add Wink of Stella to the leaves & add a Matte Black Dot to the top of the planter.

  • Stamp the greeting in Evening Evergreen Ink on the strip of Basic White.

  • Punch each end with the Banners Pick A Punch.

  • Adhere to the front of the card using liquid glue.

  • Enjoy!
