Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

  • STAMPS – Flowering Rain Boots (157689) or the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle (157691)

  • PAPER – Gorgeous Grape (146987), Highland Heather (146986), Basic White (159276), Simply Marbelous Designer Series Paper (158128)

  • INK – Gorgeous Grape (147099), Highland Heather (147103), Smokey Slate (147113), Pear Pizzazz (147104)

  • OTHER – Rain Boots Dies (157690), Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653), Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon (154572), Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush (141897), Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (144108), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Mini Glue Dots (103683)

Cutting & Scoring:

  • Gorgeous Grape 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (card base), 4 1/4" x 11” score at 2” and 3 3/4" from each end of 11” side, scrap

  • Highland Heather 3 3/4" x 4”

  • Basic White 3 1/4" x 4” (inside), 3/4" strip for greeting, scraps for die cut items

  • DSP 2 @ 3/4" x 4”, 2 @ 1 1/2" x 4”, scrap for die cut


Instructions:


  • Attach the 3/4" strips of DSP on each end of the unscored piece of Gorgeous Grape cardstock (card base) with Liquid Glue leaving an equal border on the top and bottom and the outside side of the card.

  • Fold the scored Gorgeous Grape cardstock that was scored by folding on the 3” score line towards the center of the card and the 2” score line towards the side of the card.

  • Adhere the 1 1/2" strips of DSP to the sections on either side of the inside center section of the folded piece of Gorgeous Grape cardstock.

  • Adhere the folded Gorgeous Grape cardstock to the card base by using Liquid Glue in the center section of the folded piece and centering it on the card base.

  • Stamp an inside greeting on the Basic White layer using Gorgeous Grape ink.

  • Adhere to the inside of the card.

  • Stamp the following on scrap of Basic White cardstock: rain boots with Smokey Slate ink, flower stems with Pear Pizzazz ink, and tulips with Highland Heather ink.

  • Using the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, die cut the rain boots, flower stems, and tulips.

  • Using the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, die cut the diamond trim die with both a Gorgeous Grape scrap and a DSP scrap.

  • Adhere the outline of the diamond trim of the Gorgeous Grape that you cut along the left side of the Highland Heather layer using Liquid Glue.

  • Add the inside diamonds of the trim of the DSP that you cut using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Adhere the rain boots and flower stem die cuts with Liquid glue, and the tulips with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the Highland Heather cardstock.

  • Adhere to the Highland Heather layer to the front of the card by adding Liquid Glue to the left side of the Gorgeous Grape top flap.

  • Stamp the greeting on the 3/4" strip of Basic White cardstock and trim on a slant on each end.

  • Adhere the greeting to the front of the card as shown using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Add some Wink of Stella to the tulips and to the inside diamonds of the DSP trim.

  • Make a bow with the Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon and adhere to the front of the card using a Mini Glue Dot.
