Bee My Valentine

Cutting & Scoring:
- Basic Black – 8-1/2”
x 5-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”, 2-3/4” x 4-3/4”
- Basic White – 4” x
5-1/4”` (inside)
- Daffodil Delight –
2-1/2” x 1”, scrap
- DSP – 4” x 5-1/4”,
contrasting DSP – 2-1/2” x 3- ½”
- Vellum Cardstock –
scrap
- Sweet Sorbet -
scrap
Instructions:
- Add large
piece of DSP to the card base.
- Stamp
Daffodil Delight piece with sentiment and bee hive stamp.
- Glue
Daffodil Delight piece and other DSP to smaller black piece.
- Add it to
the card with dimensionals.
- Punch the
bee’s body out of Daffodil Delight. Stamp the wings and antennae out of
cardstock. Stamp with Tuxedo Black ink. Be careful not to smudge the ink.
Give it a few moments to dry.
- Assemble
the bee and attach it to the card with dimensionals.
- Punch a
small heart from Sweet Sorbet. Glue to the card. Add Wink of Stella.
- Tie a bow
with the Sweet Sorbet ribbon and add to the card front with a mini glue
dot.
