Cutting & Scoring:
- Crumb Cake– 5 ½” x
8 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
- Basic White – 4 ¼”
x 3”, 4” x 5 ¼”, scrap`
- Pretty Peacock – 3
1/8” x 4 3/8”, scrap
- Berry Burst – 1 ¾”
circle, scrap
- DSP – 2@ 2 1/8” x
5 ½”
Instructions:
- Adhere
the two DSP pieces to the front of the card.
- Punch one
large heart from Basic White and five small hearts from Berry Burst cardstock.
Apply Wink of Stella to the small hearts.
- Stamp the
mailbox image to the smaller, white panel. Stamp the grasses and flower
heads from the Painted Lavender Stamp Set. Stamp the butterflies on the
large heart.
- Color the
mailbox with Stampin’ Blends Markers
- Punch a
partial circle (larger than ½ of the circle) from the lower, right edge of
the mailbox panel.
- Adhere
the mailbox panel to the Pretty Peacock panel. Leave a Pretty Peacock edge
on the bottom and the left side only.
- Glue the
Berry Burst circle in the space left where the partial circle was punched
out. Trim the edge off. Glue the larger heart to that circle. It can hang
over the edge. Apply Wink of Stella to the butterflies.
- With Stampin’
Dimensionals, attach the mailbox panel to the card front.
- Tie a bow
with the Crumb Cake colored baker’s twine.
- Glue one
heart to the mailbox. Using Mini Glue Dots, stick a heart to each side of
the bow ends. Use two hearts and two glue dots on each bow end. Use a glue
dot to attach the bow to the mailbox.
- Add a
sentiment to the inside white panel and attach to the inside of the card.
