I found a cute technique that is on the easy peasy list! I am calling it Dies & Stencils, as you make a stencil using Dies, add a cute background and it is done!
Project Recipe:
STAMP SETS: Hot Air Balloon
INK: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso
PAPER: Thick White Base, Lighter than Air DSP (Retired), White 3 3/4" x 5"
