Facebook Live Replay - Changing Leaves

 For our Technique Class we played with the Partial Blackout Technique and I just had to share it again. This technique is so cool, that a replay of it was needed!

Here is the close up of the card that I made this week using the Changing Leaves stamp set, embossing folder and dies. 

The Changing Leaves Bundle is an On Line Exclusive and was definitely a must have.

Project Recipe:

STAMP SET: Changing Leaves

INK: Memento Black, Pumpkin Pie, Pretty Peacock, Pool Party

PAPER: Crumb Cake Base, Pretty Peacock Layer & Scraps, White (Cut 2) 3 3/4" x 5" & Tag

ACCESSORIES: Changing Leaves Embossing 3D Hybrid Embossing Folder, Dimensionals, Pretty Peacock Sequins, Changing Leaves Dies

After running one of the White pieces through your Embossing Machine with the Changing Leaves 3D Hybrid Embossing Folder, turn it over and color the indented leaves. Use sponge daubers to add the color to the white piece.  Then just swipe your Memento Black ink across the top, sides and bottom. It works best if your Memento Black ink pad is a little dried out, you don't want to use a juicy one.  Let this dry for a bit and I know that the ink will fade out a bit as it dries. Then just finish your card as usual.

There you have it, this is such a cool technique and I can't wait to give it another dry using other 3D Embossing Folders.
