Cutting & Scoring:

Pool Party – 4 ¼” x 11”, Score at 5 ½”, 2 ¾” x 4”, Scrap
Basic White – 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”, 2 7/8” x 4 1/8”, 4” x 5 ¼”, Scrap
DSP – 4” x 5 ¼”, ¾” x 5 ¼”

Instructions:

For the Whitewash Technique, begin by brushing the Embossing Buddy over Pool Party scrap. Stamp the image with Versamark Ink. Heat set with White Embossing Powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders and Heat Tool.
On a medium size stamp block, add several drops of White Craft Stampin’ Ink Refill. With a Water Painter, add two drops of water and mix well.
Using the Water Painter, color the entire image with White Craft Stampin’ Ink Refill/water mixture, keeping inside the lines. Don’t apply too thick, as it takes a long time to dry. Let dry completely.
On the stamp block, keeping each color separate, add 1-2 drops of Pretty Peacock, Wild Wheat & Pretty in Pink Classic Stampin’ Ink Refills. Use a Water Painter to color over the white areas of image, keeping inside the lines. If ink gets on the embossed lines, gently dab with a paper towel. Let the image dry completely (this may take a few hours). Die cut image.
Adhere Basic White (4 1/8” x 5 3/8”) on card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Adhere DSP layer on card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Emboss Pool Party (2 ¾” x 4”) with Timber 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere on Basic White (2 7/8” x 4 1/8”). Adhere these layers in center of card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere die cut image on card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap with Pretty Peacock. Trim and flag on each end.
Tie a bow with Linen Thread and adhere behind sentiment. Adhere sentiment on card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere DSP strip on Basic White layer (4” x 5 ¼”). Adhere inside card.
Embellish card with Iridescent Faceted Gems.
