Cutting & Scoring:

Instructions:

Smoosh all the inks except for Secret Sea onto the end of the clear block. Crumple one piece of plastic wrap into a ball; lightly tap it into one of the inks and then lightly tap it onto the Fluid 100 paper. Repeat each color and layer as desired.
Repeat the step above on one of the Basic White layers, this time tapping in a corner. Adhere to the inside of the card.
Emboss the second Basic White layer with the Dotted Circles 3D folder. Adhere it to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere the Fluid 100 piece to the Cloud Cover piece with Seal Adhesive. Adhere it to the embossed layer with Seal Adhesive.
Stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment with Secret Sea to the scrap of Basic White; die cut with the Stylish Shapes die and adhere it to the front of the card with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere the In Color Flat Pearls to the front of the card.
