If you remember on Sunday, March 15th going into Monday, March 16th, we had a blizzard! We had 20 inches of snow on Sunday. My husband and I have lived at our place for 44 years and couldn't recall ever getting that much snow in a 24 hour stretch. As I write this, we have a lull in the storm but it supposed to start back up tonight. We are in a blizzard warning until 7 a.m., Monday morning. So I decided to play and stamp!

INK: Pool Party, Smokey Slate, Memento Black
PAPER: Smokey Slate Base, Petunia Pop Layer, White Layer & Inside
ACCESSORIES: Petunia Pop Faceted Dots, Stampin' Blends in Petunia Pop, Granny Apple Green; Wink of Stella (Flowers) and Stampin' Up! brushes
This card was fun to make, a person forgets that you don't need all of the "gadgets" to make a really beautiful card. It was just stamping, some coloring and brushing. The idea for this card came from Stampin' Up!, I just changed it just a bit so that I could call it my own. This was a good way to get the juices flowing.
