Wednesday Wow - Relaxing Day

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

  • STAMPS – Relaxing Waterside Stamp(167922) or Bundle and Save (167928)

  • PAPER – Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper(167920), Old Olive(100702), Basic White(166780), Basic Black(121045)

  • INK – VersaMark(102283), Pecan Pie(161665), Old Olive(147090) Gray Granite(147118)

  • OTHER – Stylish Shapes Dies(159183), Linen Thread(104199), Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (154882), Basics WOW! Emboss Powder(165679), Heat Tool(129053), Water Painter(268253), Earthy Matte Dots(167213), Paper Trimmer(152392), Stampin’ Dimensionals(104430), Multipurpose Glue(110755)


Cutting & Scoring:

  • Old Olive base- 8-1/2” x 5-1/2“ score at 4-1/4"

  • Waterside Retreat DSP- scraps, 4” x 5-1/4”

  • Basic White- scraps, 2-3/4” x 4-1/4”, 4” x 5-1/4” inside

  • Basic Black- scrap


Instructions:

  • On wood grain DSP layer stamp the grass image in Old Olive a few times without reinking stamp, do the same in Gray Granite moving only slightly over the first image.

  • From both scraps of Waterside Retreat DSP die cut the #5 circle from Stylish Shapes Dies.

  • Adhere White layer to card front, adhere both circles.

  • From White scrap punch 1-3/4” circle.

  • On White scrap stamp grass in Old olive ink, die cut.

  • From White scrap die cut cattails, using Water Painter color the tops of cattails with Pecan Pie ink. Color the the steams using Old Olive ink. Adhere to circles.

  • Wrap layer with Linen Thread twice and tie a bow. Adhere layer to front card base.

  • On White scrap stamp chair in Pecan Pie ink, color using Crumb Cake Stampin Blends. Die cut. Pop up over Linen Thread using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Stamp sentiment using Versamark ink, heat emboss using White Basics WOW Emboss Powder and Heat Tool. Cut down to thin strip, pop up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

  • Stamp strawberry using Memento ink on White 1-3/4” circle, color using Stampin’ Blends.

  • Embellish using Earthy Matte Dots

  • Inside White layer- stamp grass in bottom corner using the Old Olive a few times without reinking stamp. Adhere layer inside card base.
