Over the Rainbow
Have you had a chance to brose the new Stampin' Up! 2015-2016 annual catalog? I just received a new stamp set, Over the Rainbow. I just loved it when I seen it in the catalog but when I received it, I paniced and thought, "Oh No, what will I make with it?" After thinking about different layouts, this is what I came up with and I loved it!!
The Over the Rainbow stamp set by Stampin' Up! can be found on page 21 of the 2015-16 Annual catalog and sells for $21.00 for 14 Photopolymer stamps.
