November Technique Class - DSP Double Time

You have probably noticed that I haven't been posting in my blog as much as I usually do. I am sincerely sorry for that and hope that I will be able to get back to my regular schedule. My mother is requiring more of my time and while I am trying to stay caught up, I don't always do a good job of scheduling my time.

For November, our Technique Class had fun with this DSP Double Time Technique, we also celebrated getting together every month for the last 13 years. With the use of dies, create a card front that gives the illusion of depth. Pair it with beautiful DSP and create a WOW card.

Card #1 - Hello Otter

The double time DSP, you create a window from the background DSP Layer, then cut out a second DSP to layer on top of this.

And here is the inside of the gift card when it is open. You fold it like a Z and it fits in our standard Medium Envelopes. So simple and easy with that bit of WOW!

I also want to take the time to dedicate this blog post to a dear friend that we lost in November. Judy Vine started coming to class in January, 2013. I remember the first class that she came to, she straight out told me that she wasn't going to "get into stamping" but would give it a try. She continued to come to class until this past year when her health prevented her from coming to class anymore. We lost Judy two weeks ago and I have thought of all of the years that we stamped together. It made me smile and I will always fondly remember Judy Vine. Rest in Peace.

Thanks for stopping in, I hope that you enjoyed today's cards. If you are interested, all of my classes are available as a kit with detailed instructions. You receive everything to make the cards, you just have to supply adhesive and ink.

Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!
Cindy
