December Kit Class Cards

Happy New Year Everyone, just one thing left to share with you from 2016 and that is the December Kit Cards.  Class was last week and we centered our crafting on Winter cards.  Here is what we came up with:

Card #1 - Birthday Snowman

 I just love how this card turned out, this layout could be used for so many things! We stamped the trees in Smokey Slate and then high lighted them with Wink of Stella to give them a hint of sparkle.

Stamp Set:  Magic of Christmas (which I am sorry to say is retiring on January 4)
Ink:  Black, Smokey Slate, Soft Sky
Paper:  Soft Sky Base, Whisper White and Marina Mist Layer
Accessories:  Silver Sequins, Tomboy Glue, Dimensions, Wink of Stella

Card #2 - Hello

 This card is such a simple and sweet card that can be sent as just a "Hello" when you have been thinking about someone.  The inside sentiment says Sending a Smile Your Way, we can always use a smile!

Ink:  Basic Grey, Black, Versamark
Paper:  Daffodil Delight Base, Whisper White Layer, Soft Sky
Accessories:  Home & Hearth Framelits, Dimensions, Brick Wall Embossing Folder, Pool Party Ribbon

Card #3 - Winter Thinking of You

 A card that is this simple but turned out so pretty, sending one of these to someone is the best way to say "Thinking of You".

Stamp Set:  Sheltering Tree, Festival of Trees (cardinal)
Ink:  Soft Suede, Rose Red
Paper:  Marina Mist Base, Soft Suede Layer, Whisper White
Accessories:  Gently Falling Embossing Folder, Marina Mist Taffeta Ribbon

Card #4 - Winter Thank You

Isn't this pretty?!!  The Northern Flurry Embossing Folder became the focal point to show off the mittens. Unfortunately the Northern Flurry Folder and Mitten punch are both retired but that didn't stop us from making this beautiful card.

Ink:  Mint Macaron, Early Espresso
Paper:  Mint Macaron Base, Whisper White Layer
Accessories:  Dimensions, Glue Dots, Boho Chic Embossing Folder, Northern Flurry Embossing Folder, Early Espresso Bakers Twine, Enamel Shapes, Mitten Punch, Duet Banner Punch

Card #5 - Hang In There

Another beauty that will be a great Get Well Card or Thinking of You, but my stamping ladies also wanted it to be a masculine birthday card  They decided to stamp the sentiment at home!  That is what is so nice about our Kit Class, they are your cards and you can do what you want with them.

Ink:  Basic Black
Paper:  Tip Top Taupe Base, Snowflake Vellum Layer, Black
Accessories:  Dimensions, White Glitter, Two Way Glue, Classic Label Punch
