November Technique Cards - Puff Paint Magic!

Last week was our monthly Technique Class, this month's technique was Puff Paint Magic. It used the Stampin' Up! Snowfall Accents Puff Paint. 

Easily create 3D effects and add texture to cardstock with the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint. Did you know that you can also add Wink of Stella for a Glimmer Effect or Color it with Stampin' Up! Blends for a different look!

Card #1 - Snowman - For the Shimmer Effect, just add Wink of Stella!
