Golden Honey Thank You

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:
  • STAMPS – Honey Bee (151527 Cling)
  • PAPER – Basic Black (121045), Whisper White (100730), Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) (152311),
  • INK – Crushed Curry (147087) and Memento Tuxedo Black (132708)
  • OTHER – Painted Labels Dies (151605), Detailed Bee Dies (151526), Regals Stampin’ Write Markers (147155), Daffodil Delight Dark Stampin' Blends Marker (1445850, Black 5/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon (147897), Pearl Basic Jewels (144219), Stamping Sponges (141337), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Bone Folder (102300)

Cutting & Scoring:
  • Basic Black – 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” – scored at 4 1/4”
  • Golden Honey Specialty DSP (Honeycomb pattern) – 4” x 5 1/4”
  • Golden Honey Specialty DSP (Gold bee and hives) – 4” x 5 1/4”
  • Scrap Whisper White


Instructions:
  • Using the large label die from Painted Labels Dies, crop one from Golden Honey Specialty DSP (Gold bee and hives), turn paper over and crop another label.
  • Using a stamping sponge, Crushed Curry ink and Golden Honey Specialty DSP (Honeycomb pattern), start at the bottom of the layer sponging ink in circular motion and gradually get lighter at the top of the layer.
  • Stamp Thank You sentiment from the Honey Bee stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the scrap of Whisper White. Crop using the bee outline from the Detailed Bees Dies.
  • Using the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends marker, color 3 of small pearls. Set aside to dry.
  • Fold the card base in half and burnish with the bone folder.
  • Wrap ribbon around the bottom portion of the DSP layer and tie a knot in the front off to the left side.
  • Adhere the DSP layer to the card base using liquid glue.
  • Adhere the black DSP label to the card front using liquid glue (see picture for placement).
  • Adhere the Gold bee and hives DSP label to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals (see picture for placement).
  • Adhere the bee die cut to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals off to the right side over the ribbon.
  • Add the colored pearls to the bee die cut.
  • Enjoy!
