Cutting & Scoring:

Instructions:

Die cut Layering Circles scalloped circle (2 1/4”) from center of large Night of Navy layer. Adhere large DSP layer to large Night of Navy layer and add to 5 1/2” x 4 1/4” Petal Pink layer.
Adhere 3/4” x 2 1/4” DSP strip to Basic White layer and adhere all to inside of Petal Pink panel.
Add small DSP strips to front panel of Petal Pink scored layer and adhere to card front.
Die cut 2 1/8” Stylish Shapes circle on Basic White scrap.
Stamp floral outline images with Night of Navy Ink and floral solid images with Petal Pink Ink stamped off once on Basic White scrap. Punch with Petal Park Builder Punch.
Stamp “thinking of” with Petal Pink Ink on Basic White die cut circle where shown. Stamp “YOU” with Night of Navy ink and adhere to scalloped circle. Adhere to front panel.
Add two flowers to sentiment layer with Stampin’ Dimensional. Add remaining small flower to inside.
Embellish with Adhesive-Backed Milky Dots.
Tie Night of Navy 3/8” Bordered Ribbon around front panel in a knot.
