Every year myself and the ladies that stamp with me do a service project where we make cards that are given to the Veterans when they make the Honor Flight to Washington DC. It is part of the "mail call" and we are proud to be part of this project, in fact we have two different area groups that we work with. We make the cards, they write the messages on the inside and get them to the airport!
If you would like to get on this fabulous and worthwhile project, we are now making the second batch of cards that we are now making for the Veterans. They are just simple Thank You cards, blank on the inside and red, white & blue! if you are interested, get in touch with me!!
This is the third year that we have been making Veteran Thank You cards for the Honor Flight Mail Call that the Veterans travel to Washington D.C. Myself and my ladies are always grateful to take on this service project. We stamp cards for 2 different committees and this is the first batch of cards. We created 176 Thank You Veteran Cards in just a couple of weeks. I am so proud of my ladies, they always come through for me and I am forever grateful to them.
